WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment barring any kind of crazy weather, hazardous driving conditions, power outages, etc. If there will be any delays in shipping, we will contact you. In general, if a particular product will not ship next day, it is noted on the product page.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day – excluding pre-ordered items.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-order products are signified on the product’s page with “Pre-Order” instead of “Add to Cart”.

Our embroidery products are custom-made and are very time-intensive to create in order to ensure the finest product. Only a few items of each product are kept on hand. In the event that a product is sold out, we do accept pre-orders. It may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill your order, depending on availability of raw materials and the number of orders received.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

The majority of orders ship via USPS. Other forms of shipping are possible depending on the situation. Please be advised that once an item ships, it is under the control of the carrier. All items ship with a tracking number and require signature confirmation to ensure safe arrival of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30 day return policy for all products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
